Saeful Kahfi, an Exceptional Student with a Disability from STMIK “AMIKBANDUNG” has successfully completed the PLN program in order to surpass the 2022 restriction. The program is PLN Energy Breaking the Disability Limit, which aims to continue the previous program’s development of digital skills training for aspiring entrepreneurs with disabilities, as well as host a mini-expo of MSMEs with disabilities who participated in the previous program. In addition to this follow-up program, PLN Peduli and the Penembus Boundary Foundation created a new initiative to grant scholarships and training in soft skills and leadership. These two initiatives were created, of course, as part of the company’s social obligation.
The provision of scholarships and soft skills & leadership aims to give chances for students with disabilities in Indonesia to improve in the academic sector and may assist them in achieving their career objectives based on their talents and majors. There will be a re-selection of 40 participants in this program, and the top 20 participants with impairments will receive a one-year scholarship.
